Advertiser
Anyone who directly or indirectly advertises or promotes a commodity or a service using various media of advertising and publishing
Commodity
Any industrial, agricultural, animal or transformational product, including raw materials and basic components of the product

Any work/effort provided by any entity to the consumer in consideration for charge or free of charge
Price
Selling price, rent or use charge
Defect
Any depreciation in the value or usability of any commodity or service compared to the normal functionality of it that leads partially or wholly to preventing the consumer using it effectively. Deficiency includes any fault resulting from any mistake storing or handling the product, unless consumer is the reason of the damage
