As a commercial supplier serving the community, you should commit to the following:
Making sure your imported or domestic goods meet the standard specifications and scales, the applicable health requirements and laws to avoid penalty and accountability
Meeting standard specifications and approved systems guarantees fair competition and achieving consumer satisfaction.
Ensuring meeting standard specifications and terms and conditions regarding storage and transportation of food products. Immediately report any fake, imitated or expired products to the supervisory bodies
Trading in, exhibiting or selling fake or imitated products may lead to prison, fine or closing your shop
Free economy policy doesn't allow you to raise the prices without justification
Consumer satisfaction is a major element that supports the sustainability of your commercial establishment
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “Whoever deceives us is not one of us”, so fear Allah in all what you offer to the consumer
